My name is Anthony Phillips and I am the a Tournament Bass Fisherman on the BASS Open and FLW - BFL and Everstart Series. I began fishing the FLW tournaments in 2008 fishing the BFL tour as a co-angler gaining valuable experience and enabling me to advance up to the Everstart Series in 2009. I also began fishing the BASS Opens in 2009 as a co-angler finishing 51st place in my first tournament 1 ounce out of the top 50. My 2010 tournament season started with a 47th place finish , but was cut short due to family obligations when my brother suffered three heart attacks and two strokes in a week period. I was force to back out of my remaining tournaments to care for my ailing brother and parents. I have dedicated my career to my brother who has a love for tournament fishing himself , but do to brain surgery won’t be able to continue fishing tournament. This has made me more determined to succeed in my goals. I was chosen to represent Walmart and FLW as an ambassador for the 2011 spring fishing expos. In 2012 I was named a member of the Rudy Project Fishing Team for  the 2013 season for this I am proud an honored to represent these organizations.
